I called Smokey’s today and stressed my concern about a couple in their 80’s (one recovering from a stroke) who were out of heat and waiting on their service call appointment which wasn’t until Dec 18th.
Smokey’s came through and made it over to their house today, replaced their gas fireplace fan and got their house all warm and cozy again for them again!

Smokey’s stoves came out to repair our gas stove in Oct. when something came loose 3 months later they promptly came out and fixed the problem free of charge. Their knowledge and friendliness not only took care of the issue but they were informative in other matters relating to our stove.
